Cancellation Policy
At Wholistic Household I understand that life happens, and I strive to be flexible while maintaining fairness to all clients. Please review the following policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before a scheduled session can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours of the session) can be rescheduled but are non-refundable. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding!
